Shipping and Delivery
JSK confirms the applicable shipping, pickup, or Ghana delivery arrangement according to the product, stock position, service route, destination, cargo details, and accepted order or quotation.
Before dispatch
JSK confirms the customer name and phone number, products or cargo, quantities, destination, receiving contact, delivery or pickup method, applicable charge, and estimated timing before dispatch.
Ghana-ready, port, and in-transit items
After payment and final stock confirmation, products that JSK confirms are ready in Ghana are delivered nationwide within up to 3 days. Products at the port, in transit, on preorder, or sourced for a customer follow the shipping, customs, and delivery timing written in the accepted quotation or order confirmation.
China and Bangladesh logistics
Sea freight, air freight, warehouse receiving, consolidation, repackaging, supplier pickup, Buy-for-Me, Pay-for-Me, customs support, and Ghana delivery are separate services unless the accepted quotation combines them. Shipment updates are recorded against the relevant JSK customer or consignment reference.
Ghana pickup and delivery
Customers may use an agreed pickup point, an approved customer-arranged driver, or JSK-supported delivery. The delivery charge, destination, access conditions, receiving person, and handover plan are confirmed before dispatch.
Receiving and changes
Inspect the package count and visible condition at handover and report any visible shortage or damage promptly. Address, recipient, route, timing, cargo, or handling changes may affect the charge and delivery date and must be confirmed by JSK.
