Are all products ready for immediate delivery?
JSK carries products that are ready in Ghana, at the port, in transit, or available by preorder. The exact stock position, price, and delivery plan are confirmed before payment.
How quickly does JSK deliver in Ghana?
For goods confirmed as available in Ghana, JSK delivers nationwide within up to three days after confirmed payment. Inbound and preorder items follow the timing confirmed on the order or quotation before payment.
How do I place an order?
Open the product window, confirm the JSK code and quantity, add the item to your cart, and continue to checkout. If the item requires fitment, sizing, sourcing, or delivery confirmation, request a quote or contact JSK before paying.
Which payment methods can I use?
Use the secure checkout option shown for your order or follow the approved payment instructions confirmed by JSK. A payment is treated as complete only after JSK or the payment provider confirms it, and a receipt is issued for the recorded transaction.
How do I choose the correct auto part?
Match the JSK code and OEM or part reference, then send the vehicle make, exact model or variant, model year, engine or trim, and VIN or chassis number where needed. JSK confirms fitment before purchase when the catalogue record is not enough.
Can JSK source or pay a supplier for me?
Yes. Buy-for-Me, Pay-for-Me, supplier sourcing, inspection, repackaging, consolidation, shipping, customs support, and Ghana delivery can be requested separately or combined in one accepted quotation.
How do I track an order or shipment?
Use Track Shipment with the exact JSK customer, order, or consignment reference supplied to you. If a public update is not available, contact JSK with the reference and registered phone number.
Can I return an item or request a refund?
Contact JSK promptly with the order or receipt number, the JSK product code, the concern, and clear supporting photos where useful. JSK reviews the transaction and product condition before confirming the available return, replacement, repair, credit, or refund path.
How do I request a quotation?
Use Request Quote and include the product or service, JSK code or supplier link, quantity, measurements or vehicle details where relevant, destination, and preferred timing. JSK will confirm the applicable price and fulfilment plan.
